How to get into Recovery Mode on Viewsonic Viewpad 10s?

SCENARIO

You want to flash factory recovery images

You want to flash Modded Stock v2 (to install VegaComb)

 

REQUIREMENTS:

None (Optional USB A-A (Male-Male) cable & PC/Notebook to ensure successful attempt) 

Press and hold Back button for 2 seconds

Still holding Back button, now press and hold Power button for another 2 seconds

Release Power button, while still holding Back button

Release Back button after another 2 seconds

NB: you won’t see any noticeable changes. To ensure that you successfully entered Recovery Mode, you must connect your device to PC/Notebook. Successful attempt will bring found new hardware window
